In this lecture, our representative—formerly in charge of dealer sales at Idemitsu Kosan and currently managing both a consulting firm and an online retail company—shared how frontline customer service experience at service stations (SS) has influenced his entire career. The session focused particularly on the importance of the “True 15 Seconds,” the critical first customer touchpoint, and presented concrete strategies for improving service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction, drawing on examples from foreign-affiliated companies and consulting engagements.
