MISSION
Facing the Essence of Challenge

What role do you play in your work within the company’s mission?
At our firm, we aim for our clients’ EC operations not to end with one‑off success, but to take root as systems that enable autonomous growth.
My role is to design structures and mechanisms that can eliminate the root causes of challenges.
Because these systems don’t necessarily need to be built entirely within the client’s organization, we also support client businesses by integrating our resources through BPO (business process outsourcing) when appropriate.

VISION
Creating Space Through Optimized Systems

What original value do you focus on providing?
What I prioritize is designing original operations that are optimized for each unique client.
While it’s possible to use existing frameworks to address issues, the underlying causes, actual conditions, and the resources needed for improvement are unique to each client.
For this reason, rather than superficially applying a standard model, I believe it’s essential to truly understand the current reality and build operational systems that can be sustained without undue burden.
By working closely with real problems in the field, we help teams create “the next stage beyond operations that only they can achieve.”
What values and attitudes do you prioritize most in your daily work?
I place the highest value on approaching everyone — both inside and outside the company — with sincerity and transparency.
I make it a point to communicate honestly about what I can and cannot do, and to clearly convey, in my own words, what is necessary to support and co-create with others over the long term, without being distracted by short-term gains.
Even if the message isn’t always easy to hear, I believe that openly sharing current challenges and the ideal state lays the foundation for trust.
By facing realistic issues together, I aim to build relationships that move forward collaboratively.

VALUE
As Stakeholders, Co‑Creating Together

Could you tell us what you are doing to embody the principle: “Co-create the power to challenge together, build together, and create the future.”?
To truly embody our mission — co‑challenging, co‑building, and co‑creating the future — the key is to stand firmly from the client’s perspective.
We not only see problems as numbers or text but also sense the context behind them — the atmosphere and nuances on the ground — to understand what support is truly needed.
This awareness often helps draw out the client’s own initiative, leading not to one‑sided or short‑term support, but to a relationship of co‑challenge and co‑creation built together with the client.
