New Year Message 2026

Happy New Year.

At the beginning of 2026, I would like to extend my sincere greetings.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued understanding and support of Meets Consulting Inc.

The year 2025 was marked by significant uncertainty in both the social and economic environment. Even amid such circumstances, we were able to continue moving forward without ceasing to take on new challenges, thanks to the support of our valued clients and partners. We are deeply grateful.

In 2026, Meets will enter its second founding phase.

Since our establishment, we have centered our work on “execution-focused consulting,” providing support primarily in management and e-commerce. Now, as the business environment and our clients’ challenges continue to evolve significantly, we have resolved to move to the next stage ourselves.

We position this year as one dedicated to building a foundation for the future.

Rather than focusing solely on short-term results, we aim to remain a company that continues to deliver value five and ten years from now. To achieve this, we will focus on the following three priorities:

First, investment in people and organization.

Regardless of the era, we believe that the true source of a company’s competitiveness lies in its people. We will welcome and nurture individuals who share our vision and continue building an organization where teams can maximize their collective strengths.

Second, advancement of our delivery structure.

Rather than relying on individual experience or personal effort, we will establish systems that enable us to deliver value with consistency and reproducibility. By actively incorporating technology—including the development of operational manuals and the utilization of AI—we will pursue both productivity and quality.

Third, the challenge of creating new value.

Our clients’ challenges are constantly changing. To continue meeting those evolving needs, we will go beyond existing frameworks and develop new services and forms of support. In areas such as CRM and AI utilization, we will continue providing practical, results-oriented value.

Meets is not yet a large company.

However, that is precisely why each individual’s intention and action directly shape our future. We aspire to be an organization that respects individual strengths while generating greater value as a team.

The year 2026 will be a significant milestone as Meets advances into its next phase of growth.
