Career
After graduating from university, he worked at Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd., supporting authorized dealerships in fuel oil sales and management consulting. He then joined an independent consulting firm before moving to Amazon Japan, where he served as an e‑commerce consultant, supporting the growth of numerous small and medium-sized enterprises as well as major brands. During his tenure, he received the “Exceed” award (highest rating) three consecutive years.
After leaving Amazon, he completed an MBA at Hult International Business School in the United States, graduating with Distinction (top honors). There, he systematically studied business strategy, organizational development, and digital marketing, gaining a global perspective on management.
Upon returning to Japan, he founded Meets Consulting as an “e‑commerce doctor,” supporting clients in sustainable growth and business transformation.

Osamu Yasuda

Career
With over 26 years of experience primarily in the telecommunications industry, he has built a track record across product development, system design, project management, and customer success. He specializes in supporting global business expansion and has helped overseas companies successfully enter the Japanese and Asian markets, contributing to business transformation and growth.
At Fujitsu Limited, he worked on software development for telecommunications equipment targeting overseas markets, driving product quality improvements and technological innovation for global products. At a major European telecommunications manufacturer, he oversaw project management and R&D customer support for the deployment of 4th-generation communication infrastructure, leading advancements in communication networks. Later, at a UK-based telecommunications company, he managed customer experience (CX) strategies across Asia, enhancing customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
In his previous role at a leading French consulting firm, he served as Head of Service Delivery, overseeing product development support and end-to-end DX projects for manufacturing clients in medical devices, telecommunications, and automotive sectors.
He is currently the Executive Managing Director (COO) of Meets Consulting, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in strengthening their competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth.

Career
He built a career of approximately 10 years at a major outdoor equipment manufacturer, gaining experience in domestic sales, web marketing, and launching new e‑commerce businesses.
In 2023, he joined Meets Consulting, leveraging his expertise in supply chain management from planning and production to retail. He provides consulting focused on e‑commerce–driven revenue growth, as well as logistics optimization support and system-related outsourcing services.

Career
After gaining service experience at Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu, she supported business strategy projects in the Corporate Strategy Office of Tokyu Hotels. She brings high-quality service skills and flexible problem-solving abilities honed in the hospitality industry.
In 2024, she joined Meets Consulting, where she specializes in e‑commerce consulting from a customer experience (CX) perspective, as well as planning and executing effective social media strategies to drive client business growth.

After working as a system director in financial system development and internet-related companies, he joined Amazon Japan in 2013, where he spent 10 years serving as a category consultant and team leader.
In 2023, he joined Meets Consulting, supporting clients aiming for growth in e‑commerce. He provides project management, strategy planning based on data analysis, and the planning and execution of effective promotional initiatives.
Hirofumi Furusawa

After majoring in information processing, he began his career as an editor and reporter for an IT magazine. In 2003, he joined Amazon Japan, where he held roles in e‑commerce promotion, key account consulting, and team leadership.
Through 20 years of experience at Amazon, he developed expertise in customer-first CX design and organizational development through 10 years of people management.
In 2024, he joined Meets Consulting, providing e‑commerce consulting and employee development support.
