We strive to do work that makes clients say,
“I’m glad I worked with you.”

MISSION
We continually ask ourselves,
“Who are the real customers?”

What role do you play in your work within the company’s mission?
The company’s mission is to increase the number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that can operate independently in e‑commerce.
To achieve this, what we do is deliver the appeal of a product or service to the customers who truly want it.
Considering “who, what, and how to deliver” is the foundation of marketing, but the “who” is the most important.
By continually asking ourselves, “Who are the real customers?”, we gain new perspectives and discover opportunities that were not visible before.

VISION
Together with Our Clients and Colleagues

What original value do you focus on providing?
We place great importance on two simple yet essential principles:
working side by side with our clients and aiming together by engaging the people on the ground and around us.
What values and attitudes do you prioritize most in your daily work?
Personally, I want to work with people who are responsible and sincere, so I also value these qualities in myself when it comes to work.
On a more detailed level, I appreciate those who don’t blame others for mistakes.
However, it’s important not to take things too far — perhaps the most important thing is maintaining balance.
I also strive to be cheerful and pleasant, keeping an open and approachable attitude both inside and outside the company.

VALUE
Connecting with Customers We Haven’t Met Yet

Could you tell us what you are doing to embody the principle: “Co-create the power to challenge together, build together, and create the future.”?
I approach my work with the mindset of “doing everything necessary for the client.”
As a marketing professional, one of my key responsibilities is to help clients discover customers they haven’t reached yet.
For example, with large corporate clients who were not actively using social media, we introduced LINE to conduct surveys and analyzed user behavior data.
Through this, we were able to uncover new customer needs that had previously gone unnoticed.
